Who I am:
I've been a leader in the non-profit and craft beer worlds for over fifteen years
As a human resources executive, I learned that the most impactful way to serve the company was to operate in deep service to the employees themselves
That led me to the coaching world, where I fell in love with the chance to work with people on bringing their vision to life, every day
During a twenty year Ultimate Frisbee career, I captained national and world champion teams, winning gold medals in the United States, the UK and Colombia
I love to compete and win -- in the ways measured by the scoreboard and the ways that we can only define for ourselves
I found growth and development by uncovering new opportunities and challenges within the same organization, rather than job hopping. You can too.
